We do not collect information needed to:

  • Track your visits, unless you specifically ask us to remember you, and then only to pre-fill your username.
  • Track or provide any advertising by ourselves or third parties.
    • We only advertise the information needed for the advent, and never engage in marketing.
    • Other marketing may point to us as the point of registration, but we don't provide any marketing information, services, or provide information to marketers.
    • The activity code that is provided is only to help you register for the correct event, is assigned to the event and not users, and cannot be used to track individuals.

Safeguarding and Securing the Data

My Group Activity is committed to securing your data and keeping it confidential. My Group Activity has done all in its power to prevent data theft, unauthorized access, and disclosure by implementing the latest technologies and software, which help us safeguard all the information we collect online.

Our Cookie Policy

We only use session cookies, which are automatically removed from your computer when you leave the site, to allow you to visit pages after you have logged in without needing to login in to each page.

If you choose the "Remember me" feature when logged in, a cookie will be set with your username to allow the form to automatically fill it in on your next login. No other information is stored for this site.

Please note that removal of personal information may also remove your registration from the activity you signed up for, which is the only information we request.
  • You may delete your account and all associated data by logging into your account, clicking on the Account Settings menu item, and selecting Manage My Data. This will also remove you from any activity you are registered for, along with information you provided to register youth under your legal responsibility.

My Group Activity will not lease, sell or distribute your personal information to any third parties. We might do so if the law forces us. Your personal information will be used when we need to send you information about the event you have registered for, and any account related request from you.
